changes needed to successfully build gcc (#83)
* clang doesn't have `-nodefaultrpaths`
* try `MachO::FatFile` if `MachO:MachOFile` fails
* add explicit comments
* use `MachO.open()`
* fix fetch.ts for no src pkgs
