* simplify index-packages

* Fix import map location

* sqs modules needs permission :x

* move matrices up a level

* move `complain:` to bottle/build

* add build-os key to get-platform.ts for self-hosted x86-64 (x64) runners

Use with tea/cli

tea/cli clones/updates this pantry and pantry.extra when installed with the installer or when you run tea --sync. At this time pantries are not versioned.
