+pnpm.io (#77) 
* add pnpm of pnpm.io
* move pnpm to its own folder
* copy artifacts to dist
* test dir
* copy brew install strategy
* add install prefix
* try different install process
* retry add prefix
* set PNPM_HOME var
* add path
* test run export path only
* rm mkdir
* provide cjs files pnpm.io
* install node_modules
* add npmjs.com dep

This pantry† is the complement to pantry.core.

Longer term it will be split out into more pantries, some of which we hope will be maintained by their own communities.
