Obama medal

Image 1 is the template, in which one man is placing a medal around the neck of another man who is the same person. Replace BOTH men in image 1 with the person in image 2, so that the person in image 2 is awarding the medal to himself. Both figures must be clearly recognizable as the person in image 2, including face shape, skin tone, long dark hair, beard and glasses. Keep everything else from image 1 exactly as is: the recipient's broad smile and hands raised to the medal ribbon, the presenter's downward gaze and hands on the ribbon, both poses, the dark suits, white shirts and ties, the blue medal ribbon, the gold curtain and flags in the background, lighting and framing.
