Remove `src` infra, this may break CI, so I'll fix if so. But we don’t want this stuff here now we are deduplicated with pantry.core.

This pantry† is the complement to pantry.core.
Longer term it will be split out into more pantries, some of which we hope will be maintained by their own communities.
